Multiple Partitions on USB Flash Driver

Hi,

I have a 32GB USB thumb drive & looking for a software that can do the following:

1. Create multiple partitions on USB flash drive (preferably 4 partitions).

2. Have the following in each partition:

Partition 1: User data that includes pics, vids, docs, installer files, portable apps, image files (iso), etc...(around 15GB)

Partition 2: Bootable OS (say Windows 10) - (around 4GB)

Partition 3: A live USB like environment which includes anti-virus tools & other tools like partition...

Hello all, looking forward for some help if possible with this issue:


I used Paragon partition magic 15 to create 3rd partition for installing win7. After setting up, i'v taken some space from both partitions for creating third-one... So, in the middle of process while resizing i ran out of electricity, and all hell break loose.. :( I turned on PC, but he wouldn't boot, so i wanted to try repairing windows by using CD. But in partition selection screen i had "C" =30 GB, partition and...

hello i have some usb flsh drives which converted with quick format of windows to NTFS and i want to know if with partion manager can i converted to fat32 again(with or without formatting).also can i reconverted to nfts if i want to?

PHDM14 suite doesn't contain Boot Manager Confirmed

As the title suggests PHDM14suite doesnt contain the Boot Manager software as advertised. This has been confirmed by Paragon as an ommission due to technical issues.

I appreciate that you have offered me a version of v12 to extract it from. But I was buying in to v14 in the hope that the Boot Manager would be up to date with all the latest GUID and hidden partition requirements of Windows 8.

Every boot manager I can see hasnt caught up yet with proper GUID and EFI support. And if they...

Restore with Hard Disk Manager 11

Hello,

I have made various backups with HDM 11 (4 Partitions). I can see on the Disk Manager 4 primariy partitions, on the backup are 4 partitions obiously available ( files ending 0p.000 1p.000 2p.000 3p.000).

Now I need to restore the full 3p.000 partition and the some files of the 1p.000 partition, but my problem is, that the restore (eachter the file manager or the full partition restore manager) is requestin a 4p.000 file.

There was never a 5th partition (crated after the last...

I am attempting to upgrade to PM15 Pro from PM11 Pro in readiness for W10
upgrade.
The PM11 Pro user manual says >>In case there is some previous version of the program installed on the computer, the program will offer the user to uninstall it first.<<
On that basis I understood this upgrade would be an in-place upgrade so I purchased the upgrade to PM15 Pro and downloaded the product
Paragon-400-PRE_WinstallSNx64_10.1.25.377.000

When I attempt to upgrade I get a screen advising that...

The power of PPM15 is obviously enormous, but how to do something so essential and simple isn't clear. Running W7. Go in PPM15, select copy/migrate, create a virtual image of the C: boot drive OK, but then Oow do I clone it onto a drive visible on the systemo_O Or should I have done a backup and then restore. Disappoint that PPM has become so powerful that simple tasks are obscure...

How do the Copy Hard Disk options work in Hard Disk Manager 15?

I'm using Paragon Hard Disk Manager 15 Suite.

I've been selecting HDD raw copy when I copy my data drive because the instructions say it avoids problems with hidden data -- and I don't know what types of hidden data might be on this drive.

Question 1: This copy operation requires a restart and then does the copy outside of Windows. Is this always true of HDD raw copy, whether or not the drive has files used by the operating system? (My operating system is on a different drive.)

PHDM15 - Recovery Disk Issue

Hi,
I have a 4TB GPT drive booting via UEFI. PHDM 15 can see the drive just fine in Win7 x64. However, when I boot a freshly created rescue CD/USB image created with Recovery Media Builder is reports the main drive as corrupt and can only see 2TB of the drive. What am I missing in the creation of the disk? I simply used the automatic/default settings.

HDM 15 freezes when accessing the Archive page

Hello,

I installed HDM 15 business edition on my server (Windows Server 2012 Essentials) and created my first backup. But when I tried to access the "archive" page to view the list, the software freezes, the memory occupation increases very fast as well as the processor ratio (visible in the processus manager) and the server without suprise freezes as well ...connexion lost.

I opened HDM with administrator rights, created an exception for the archive database file (c:\program files\Paragon...

Hi,
i'm trying to recover some space from my old "recover" partition.

I deleted the partition but after this i tried to expand/merge my volume C:\ (with Win10) with this space without result...

Partition from left to right:
1) NEW empty partition 20GB
2) EFI partition (system)
3) NTFS Win10 partition (C:\)

I'm using Partition Manager Pro 15...any help ?

Having difficulty restoring an archive.

Hi folks,
one of my hdd's failed on me last night and I've been trying to restore the archive associated with it all morning with no luck. I purchased PHDM last year and I've been making regular backups of this drive at 3 day intervals. When I first created the schedule I checked the resulting archive integrity and everything seemed great so I put my trust in it. However, when I tried to restore my archive this morning I find that it cannot be done and this is unacceptable. I need my backup...

I am unable to copy a working boot disk that is a dynamic GPT UEFI disk that has partitions for both Windows 8.1 x64 and Centos 6.5 (or 6.6), both using UEFI, used in a dual boot configuration. The backup drive is connected through a USB 3.0 port. I require the backup disk to be a drop in replacement for the SATA III (6 Gb/s) drive in the laptop. Both are Samsung SSD 550 Pro drives, but other backup drives are required. The above version number will not allow me to copy the disk, just...

Twelve years of important photographs...... halp

I partitioned a new 2 tb seagate drive into two NTSF partitions
A partition 1000 gigs or so. B partition about the same
I put 650 gigs of very important photo data on partition B
I decided to make a Raid array with the on board SSD (60 gigs) and the new drive (partition A?)
I made the partition and then loaded a fresh Win 10 OS onto the raid
Part of using Intel Rapid Storage Technology
I come to find out that my original Partition B is...

Delete Partition Copy

I use Paragon Hard Disk Manager 15 Pro

I receive a warning when attempting to a delete copy of a partition on an external HD.

The external HD is one I just made copies of partition to for backups.
This external HD is not set to boot from.

After selecting to delete a backup partition on external drive I get this warning.
"Are you sure you want to delete active volume (G)?
You are about to delete volume (G) Windows8_OS. NTFS.
Your computer may no longer boot or work correctly."

Resize system reserved partition

I want to resize my system reserved partition, as I get an error "we couln't update the system reserved partition", when trying to update to Windows 10 Threshold 2.

Apparently, the system reserved partition is only 100Mb if you upgraded to Windows 10 from Win 7, and you need it to be 350 Mb.

I purchased Hard Disk Manager suite 15 to do this, but the option to move/resize the system reserved partition is not there. I have created the necessary space to the right of the system reserved...
